Mtsikana Wamakono Project is an upcoming project from Pamudzi PAthu Initiative which seeks to undertake interventions that will empower girls though keeping them in school, introducing them to village savings loans as well as addressing gender based (GBV) violence and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR).

The project will work with community members so that they should take an active role in protecting girls from harmful community norms. On this angle the project will introduce women circles where a number of issues concerning the well-being of a girl child will be addressed,

The project will implement the following programs:

1. Promotion of human rights clubs in both primary and secondary schools

2. Paying school fees and providing education support

3. Promotion of sexual reproductive health sessions in school as well as out of school
